Our state-of-the-art laser welding capabilities offer significant advantages over conventional precision welding techniques such as Electron-Beam (EB) and Gas Tungsten Arc (GTA) also referred to as TIG welding.

With 6 kilo-watts of peak power and the tight focus of a laser-beam, Fluid Automation produces aesthetic and reliable weld beads with a higher aspect ratio (depth to width) than GTA or EB techniques and with a smaller heat affected zone.

The precision computer control of 4 axes of motion (X,Y,Z and Rotation) and the flexibility of a fiber-optically coupled welding head provide the ultimate in process automation for diverse geometries. Our laser welding system's substantial 300 watts of average power enables us to weld at high speeds and reduce production times. This translates into cost-savings for our customers.
